Your Playground - Environment
Your complete playground, Wallis Lake is one of the most pristine waterways in NSW.
A pollution scare in the early 2,000s focussed attention on the need to protect this area and the whole District has become focussed on developing and implementing a Waterways Catchment Management Plan.
In the past 10 years there have been major improvements in managing both the quality of water coming into the Lake area, and the Lake iteself.
