Pre Hire Requirements

To ensure Your Holiday runs as smoothly as possible, we have a process in place that you should follow Before your hire begins.

Pre-Hire Process

    Contact us and ensure that the dates you want to Hire the Houseboat are available

    Discuss your boating experiience with us so we can assess whether you can take the Houseboat on your own

    Pay the Deposit ASAP to secure your booking for the agreed dates.

    Start getting organised and excited!

    Pay the FULL HIRE AMOUNT (less the deposit) at least 2 weeks prior to the start of your Hire

    Pay the BOND 1 week prior to your Hire (note that this is usually paid back into your Bank account within 7 days after your Hire Completion, unless there is damage and/or repairs and/or replacement of inclusion items required

    If incidents occur we will only refund the Bond after discussions with Maritime NSW and NSW Police are finalised.

Other Conditions

    Company or Private Cheques, BPAY and Direct Debits must be made in time to clear at our Bank Prior to the times detailed in the process above

    Cash is definitely accepted

    We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CREDIT CARDS sorry for any inconvenience

    Bookings re only confirmed when the payment of the Deposit has Cleared at our Bank.

    Deposits and Bond may be increased at the sole discretion of the Management

    The letting of the vessel is made on the understanding that the boat is placed at the disposal of the Hirer on the dates booked unless Management is prevented from doing so by mechanical breakdown or unforeseen circumstances. In this case all money is refunded, however the hirer will no claim on any account, against Management
